Several acronyms are used for the certifications. There is QAN. This is for Quality Assurance Notification and is primarily used for ATEX. There is QAR. This is Quality Assurance Registration and is primarily used for IECEx. The latest player on the block is UKCAEx. Each of these follow very similar QMS systems as listed above. The certificates are issued as individuals and do differ in that aspect.
